Formats
Standard formats for buckle plates are 1000x2000mm , 1250x2500mm , 1500x3000mm in different templates ( depending on the dies available in every bossing template (compatibly with the dies available for each boss ). We can also manufacture special sizes on demand in case volumes are relevant enough.
Thicknesses
We can supply thicknesses from 0,5mm to 5,00 mm . Obviously, any type of boss has got limits concerning both width and thickness.
Bosses
We currently have 9 different types of bosses available: RHOMBOIDAL, STICK SHAPED, SQUARE, HEMISPHERICAL. In case you need a special drawing and in presence of relevant volumes, we might manufacture a customized die with a boss template.
Margins and unperforated areas
This type of machining, buckling, DOESN'T allow regular edges without indentations.
Second machining
We can perform extra processes for buckle plates as well:
