TESTING AND CONTROL EQUIPMENT
Gattiprecorvi S.r.l. owns a metrological laboratory equipped with a three-dimensional CMM to CNC control machine , for the measurement of complex components up to millesimal precision.
Corrosion tests are carried out by means of a corrosion chamber with salt spray (salt fog chamber) where the characteristics of some metals such as stainless steel are determined. Hardness tests are carried out by means of a last generation portable hardometer in order to identify, directly into production, possible problems concerning the materials.
All our company staff working for the production and the in-process control is equipped with several instruments such as meters, gauges, micrometers which are periodically checked and calibrated through a confrontation with primary samples issued by S.I.T centres; all instruments bear reference of the calibration status. |
